Anyone stay at Harborside Resort at Atlantis, Bahamas?

Just wondering if anyone has ever used their points to stay at Harborside Resort at Atlantis in the Bahamas?

I have stayed using my Westin ownership, but not using DVC points. There was a recent thread of a successful trade to Harborside. Link

Harborside is a very difficult trade. Your best chance is for a fall or late spring exchange.
