Anyone Start Spring Cleaning?

Hi, Nice outside and my living rooms thermostat says 72*. I opened the windows and got started cleaning my living/dinning room. If only I could get my scrapbooking equiptment out and into my coming scrap room that room would be done. Well got to stop everything and go feed the little 5 year old I am babysitting today, a Spongebob lunch. Can't waite, the extra money from today goes towards my new scraproom.

It was 72 and sunny here yesterday...But as they say here in Michigan, "If you don't like the weather, then wait 5 minutes. Today it is 42 and rainy.

Today is beautiful outside!! I opened the windows this morning for the first time since late fall and it was so nice to have the breeze! Everyone has been sick here, so I am hoping it takes out some of the germs flying around in the air! Savannah and I went for a walk before I took her to school at Noon and it was fun! I just wish I had taken my camera (missed scrap opportunities! )

Hi again, A sponge Bob lunch, well my DD12 has sooooo many Sponge Bob things that I gathered together. Sponge Bob cup,Sponge Bob Pasta, yellow fork and spoon, then dessert we had Sponge Bob Dunkaroos.

Spring cleaning? No, please don't make me feel guilty....

Well, I have to admit it, last week we started and pretty much finished spring cleaning my dd15's room!!!!!! We bought her a computer/work desk and in order to be able to put it together in her room, we had to clean her room. That was her chore during spring break but she wasn't accomplishing much so I had to get involved. Friday was garbage day in our subdivision and we hauled out 16-30 gallon garbage bags and I have another on ready for this week plus will probably have at least 2 more because we have one more dresser to clean out that we didn't get to and we have 2 boxes of stuff that we just shoved into the boxes to get out of the way so we could get the desk together. I love it when her room is nice and clean - it's such a nice large pretty room. It just doesn't stay clean very long. But this time she did say how much she liked her room and her closet (her closet is pretty big) and that this time she's going to keep it clean. Heck, she even got up and made her bed this morning - I don't even do that!!!!!

I will when the weather becomes more consistent and I can open my windows more than 1 time a week.

If it ever gets dry - I'll start. I want the sun to come out and spring to finally arrive before I start the cleaning!

I would start spring cleaning if I saw spring somewhere!!!! I live in NE Ohio in what is called the snow belt. Over the weekend we got 18 INCHES OF SNOW!!! Our power was out for 3 days. (Luckily we had a generator) Alot of the snow has melted but we still can not see the grass. Spring where are you?

18" of snow!!! You poor thing. Here I'm complaining of rain - I live in New Jersey and parts of the county I live in are under water but not as bad as up in Northern NJ.

Yes, I have started, but not much progress. I did manage to find my Disney Christmas decorations plus I pulled out a lot of empty boxes (mainly saved if and when we move again) and old kid clothes to donate.

Snow?!? Ack! lol ... Really, it'll be just around the corner.

I agree with the weather...we've had wonderful weather here lately and I've enjoyed every minute of it....I know it won't last! now in regards to cleaning...I've thought about it but STARTING it is another thing! being prego has really slowed me down...have lots of time to think but don't feel like doing anything! lol
