Anyone solved the shoe organizer problem?

You would have to hook it directly on the hooks that the curtain is on. There isn't a bar holding the hooks, it's built into the ceiling on a track. You can see the track in this picture

I think that would be perfect... Atleast for us!

Is there any reason why we can't get two and attach them together with ribbon over the door? Then we could have twice the space for storage, and ribbon would not harm the door.

We used this method of tying together two organizers worked great on our vacation this year. Another idea, how about putting a towel on top of door, tying the two organizers at the top. No possible way for hem to scratch.

But then you have problem of the clearance at the top of the door. The door/door frame fit pretty tight, that's what caused part of the problems with the over the door holders. It would jam up between the door and frame damaging both.

We hung ours from the top towel rack inside the bathroom. Worked fine for us.

Totally solved it in May on the Magic. Got a shoe organizer with eyes at top to attach the hooks. I never attached the hooks. I tried to thread shoelace I brought for this purpose through the holes (like in the shape of an upside down V to hang on the hook from the inside of the bathroom door. It bunched at the top and also was too long and dragged on the floor. Then I pulled out the zip ties, put them through the eyes on the organizer and attached it to the bottom bar of a pants hanger from the closet. Solved zthe bunching problem, but still too long. Hung it from the hook on the wall outside the bathroom - perfect. Shoe organizer - hooks + zip ties + pants hanger.
