Hi there,
I'm heading back out to WDW in 3 weeks and just wondered if anyone has a review of the pep rally yet? Really looking forward to seeing this with DD  Thanks,

the pep rally hasn't started yet. the stage is up in tomorrowland, but there is a sign that says "coming soon in october 2006"

Our family can't wait to see it both my boys love High School Musical. My 3 year old knows all the words to the songs and loves the characters "Ryan & Sharpei". Can't wait to hear from the first DISer who sees it!

I believe it started yesterday. It really is a cute show. I rather enjoy it. And for those who love the movie, I feel they will love the show as well.

If no one else reports back before - Tara and I plan on hitting MK to see this show and Saturday and EPCOT for a list of about 10 things she wants to do (who says you get BORED with WDW when you live nearby???)

I'm going to go dig up the schedule, and if there is an evening show (which I don't think there is)- we might even be there sooner...... aka this evening depending on homework!

Joanna - where is the Let's Have a Ball show taking place?

Can anyone provide any more info on the High School Musical pep rally? I had never heard of this before. How long will it be there? Thanks for any information!

This was posted earlier this week - with several new events starting up - I am sure related to the Year of A Million Dreams - I would think the shows would be around for at least that long. I did not know anything about the HS Musical show until we saw the stage on Friday night!

Woody's Cowboy Camp (Frontierland)
Round up your posse for some rootin'-tootin', straight-shootin' good times with Woody, Jesse and Bullseye at Woody's Cowboy Camp. Sam the Singin' Cowboy leads a western hoedown that rings out across the prairie. Head on out to Frontierland for some singin', dancin' and general kickin' up your heels. Yee-haw!

Just letting you know that Safetymom has posted some pics of these new shows on this board if anyone is interested, should be near the top :thumbsup2

Thanks for info. and pictures. My 8 yr old will love this. For some reason, I know all the words to the songs also - maybe it is because I hear them over and over and over and over . We will be there in 2 weeks and will make sure we see this atleast once!!!

Youngest DD is looking forward to seeing this. I'm not all that interested though.

Please put my mind at rest, lets have a ball, isnt taking over where Belle has her story time is it ??? My DD would like to see Aurora, but desperately wants to be picked for the Belle story time, we went 3 times in April and she was never choosen. I said we could try again in Oct. Thanks

It is taking place right behind the castle. Before you walk into the breezeway (on the Fantasyland side) on the right hand side there is a stage. That is where the show is performed.

No, this is a totally seperate show. It takes place behind the castle.

Me too! I am going to be at MK mostly for the new castle show, but I also want to see HS Musical and Let's Have a Ball again (and maybe the Woody's Roundup show).

I thought it was going to take place in Tomorrowland? Did they change the location. The info I read said it was somewhere across from Stitch. If you already saw it, please tell us exactly where this is. Thanks!!

I think it's funny that with all the publicity for HSM that WDW has neglected to put the actual location in their PR materials!
From safetymom's photos it looks like the Pep Rally takes place in Tomorrowland, maybe in that plaza behind the TTA entrance/exit & somewhat near Space Mountain/World of Progress...so that could be understood as 'being near Stitch'.

Sounds like 'Let's Have a Ball' is taking place in the area where the Merlin/Sword in the Stone shows were performed.

agnes!
