How was it?

I hope to drag DH out to see it sometime this weekend!

I want to see it this weekend too. Looks like great reviews, but I popped over here to get the real scoop!

Erin

excellent.
I've read some reviews saying that this is the best one of the four.

would you agree with that statement?

(I'm just tickeled that it's 2 and a half hours long! love long movies!)

I can't wait to see this either - seems as though this will be the "darkest" one yet...can't wait to see how it is with the book.

I just hope parents realize this and don't bring their 3 year olds to the movie. The last time I was at the movies for Harry there was a family behind us with a 3 and 5 year old...too young, IMO. (No flames please, JMO)

Stinkerbelle you can come with DH and I today at around 2 in the afternoon if your DH will not go.

I cannot wait, I live all of 2 min from a great theater and I have the afternoon off and a babysitter!

It has been getting 3 1/2 stars here in Chicago...and its 'darker' It is going to be so great...now when is that next book coming out?

Oh - he'll go...it's just a matter of finding a time that won't be sold out! heheh

See - I'm spoiled, I love going to movies at off times...the last 2 times I saw movies (wedding crashers and derailed) I was one of less then a dozen people in the theater. hehehe

Really trying to convince some coworkers to skip outta here at noon and catch the movie. heheh

Supposed to go see it tonight after work...I am so excited...it HAS to be better than PoA...(JMHO).

You got me worried, I had to go check fandango to see is our times were sold out..we are okay so far. We can hit the 10am show ;) I think we are going to try for 1ish before the kids are out of school.

Yeah, when I head out for my haircut tomorrow, I'm gonna swing by the theater and attempt to get tickets for tomorrow night's showing. (if we don't go tonight)

My kids are going tonight. Hopefully, I'll get to go tomorrow! I reread all the books this summer and I'm really pumped to see this movie. Our local paper gave it 3 1/2 stars as well.

My daughter and I saw it last night at midnight! We both loved it.

I can't wait to go see it again.

woo-hoo! just talked to hubby
he's gonna pick up tickets on the way home for us to see it tonight!
yeah!

We're going to the first showing tomorrow morning. Can't wait! :Pinkbounc

I have very mixed feelings about the film. The acting was wonderful - great performances from all the young people, and the new characters as well.

But the editing was very choppy - rushing from one scene to the next. It seemed to go by fast - when the 3rd task started, I couldn't believe it was almost over.

I don't know how non-book readers are possibly go understand what is going on, so much has been left out or glossed over.
