Anyone Sailing on Eastern Carribean Feb 18, 2006?

My family and I are heading out on our first Cruise during February Vacation, 2006. My family consists of me, my partner, and our 11 yo daughter.

Anyone else going on this ship, or could help us in deciding which shore excursions we would like to go on, it would be greatly appreciated.

We go to WDW every year during our daughter's February vacation, but this is our first time cruising and we are very excited, but also very nervous.
