Anyone running the marathon 2007 staying off site

We are running the half marathon in January and we are staying in Comfort Inn Universal Studios. Anyone else running and staying off site? How are you planning to get to the Epcot center at 4:00 am?

there is a thread on the marathon somewhere - and yes some people are staying offsite - but generally alot closer - in the lVB area than you are.

either rent a car and drive it or take a taxi.

disney only offers transportation to those staying onsite.

We've done both and it is fairly easy to get to EPCOT by car early in the a.m. I have even driven myself while staying on Disney property to the marathon start. Just make sure you don't wait too long, as the lines do grow quickly. I would say 4:30 at the latest to get over there. I am assuming you'll have a car since you're offsite. If not, try to get a local rental close to your hotel.

Actually we don't have a car. I think we just have to take a taxi. I have to check the runners thread! Thanks for tip!
