Anyone Renting Out Well In Advance?

We are looking to rent either Saratoga Springs studio , Boardwalk Villa studio or OKW studio around about Aug 11th to Aug 20th of 2006.

The eleven month window for owners doesn't start until September 12, 2005 for your first night so no one can commit to availability at this time. You could find someone to lock in the points for you, if you like but I don't see any advantage unless you get a great deal.

You could probably get a SSR or OKW studio well within the 7 month window, so there should be no hurry on those.

If you want to rent at BWV, especially a Standard View (fewer points) or Boardwalk View, then you might want to find a BWV owner to rent points to you at the 11 month window. If that's the case, go ahead and post on the Rent Trade Board now and try to line it up for the 11 month window.

If you are also considering spending quite a bit of time at the pool, you may want to consider finding someone with BCV points for the 11 month advantage. You can pool hop over to BWV but not to BCV.
