Anyone rented from Stephanie Neal?

She has this listing http://www.vrbo.com/278361 I looked up the tax records and she's paid up except for like $37 from this year. It's a really nice condo and a very good price. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with her before. Thanks! Also, I know online it says Windsor Hills is super close to Disney but what can someone tell me from personal experience? Is it close enough to run back mid day for my toddler to nap?

I have not rented from her but if she owes money on the tax rolls, that is not a good sign.. just my opinion.. I would not rent from anyone who owes money to for their taxes...

We rented at Crestwynd Bay, which is on the corner of Old Lake Wilson and Livingston, right before the entrance to WH. It really is super close to the parks. We returned for mid day naps most days. Parking spot to parking spot, it took us 5 min to AK, 10 to Epcot or HS, and 15 to MK. As you exit World Drive onto 192, I think there is only one stoplight before you have to turn left onto Old Lake Wilson. It was so close that we missed it the first night heading home.
