i am looking for an offsite townhome and put in my request on Windsorhillsrent.com. I received a lot of replies from different owners. Do u think this is safe to assume they are actual owners?

Yes they are actual owners. You can check the tax records for Osceola County if you have their name.

We've done it twice and would do it again. We had a MUCH better experience with a private owned condo (do some research online though of their name, etc. Don't hesitate to call them to get a "feel" for them) this way than dealing with a company. With owner owned they usually stay in their condo and it is much better kept than going through a company who does not personally stay in the condo and make excuses for the condition it is in.

I agree with the prior posters as well. We have booked through Windsor Hills Rent. You will be dealing with either the owners themselves or their management company. I believe that each listing has a link to the owner's actual website where you will get better information about each property. You will be able to contact them directly also so you can get a feel for how they do business and how quick they are to respond to your email.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I did end up booking with someone on Windsorshillsrental website. Keeping my fingers crossed that all goes well. The replies from the home owner have been answered within a day. Will keep everyone posted on how it all turn out.

We rented a 3 bed 3 bath town home from Bill and Lesley Hall. Called their townhome the Ascot house. Their pricing was very reasonable. Hoping all goes well. Be there in a bout 60 days.
