Anyone rent from Dollar lately?

Is it true they are requiring proof of buying gas within 10 miles of the Orlando airport now? We are renting from them next week and have always filled up at the Boardwalk and tank always showed as full when returning car.

In July we did not. I was paranoid (first time renting a car) but also concerned about gas prices so I filled up at the old Hess at Disney Springs then got off an exit before the airport and topped it off at the 7/11 (which actually was the same price so I could have waited and just filled up completely but ohh well). It barely took a gallon but I got the receipt just in case, never needed it.

Just fill up at the 7-11 on Tradeport Drive. You can even skip the last toll by going down the north frontage road after filling up.
