Anyone remember THIS movie???(inspired by another remember this thread)

Ok, I'm reviving this thread after two long years......


I remember a movie or short film from the 70s that had a boy running from some men because he saw them doing something shady (can't remember what though). He runs into a building to hide and there is a room with music instruments and a huge pair of animated lips. The lips talk and end up teaching the boy some life lessons. The voice of the lips was pretty deep. Kind of sounded like Isaac Hayes. I can't remember much else about the movie other than the boy had black really curly hair and he was running from a marina type area. ANYONE remember this show??? I've tried numerous times to find out what it was called and no luck. Any help would be appreciated. TIA!!

ETA~I think it may have been a short film like a weekend special. I've been Googling and You Tube'n all day, with no luck.

I went back and found my original post since I had mentioned it on another thread. I didn't want to start a duplicate. I see that it doesn't matter anyway though. I don't even care what the name of it is anymore. I just want ONE other person to remember it! lol

Nope, not little shop, but I do love that movie.

I guess I should have said animated mouth. It is a cartoon mouth with teeth. I remember the boy running from the guys, he finds a door. I can't remember if it was an actual building or if the door was just there. Kind of appeared out of nowhere. When he entered it was a music classroom. I remember the voice being really deep and when he laughed it made the room shake. Ugh, it's bugging me to death.
