Anyone planning on visiting DLR during this holiday seasion?

We are!! We are flying down to Disneyland on Dec 24 and fly home to Edmonton on Jan 6. I know it is 7 months away but I can't wait.

Tenatively planning to go down for the Candlelight Processional around the 6th and 7th of December.

What dates are you planning on visiting Disneyland this year for the Christmas holiday season?

We are. We always try to go the first week in December - magical holiday decorations in the parks and at the hotels, good weather, and hardly any crowds. :santa:

We might be there for Christmas too! It is a dream of mine to be at Disneyland during the holidays! I just hope that gas prices subside or go down first, so we can have a more enjoyable time.

We are! We're going to go for DBF's birthday (which is December 5th, just like Walt Disney!) for a week (hopefully!).

We went last year and it was amazing. I love the Christmas decorations. :lovestruc

It is our 10 year anniversay and I asked DH where would he like to go...we can go anywhere he wants (I was thinking tropical) and he said....DL! We are going Dec. 10 to the 14th. Not sure where we are staying yet...hoping for AP rates.

Last week of Nov. or first week of Dec. for us. Decor is up, weather is good, crowds are minimal. AP rates are usually reasonable for on site too.

We've been going every Christmas season (middle of Dec.) but won't be this year. I'm sad, but it's for a good reason......we're having another baby the beginning of Dec!

Congrats Jamie!!!! I have a Dec. baby too, her b-day is the 15th. We took her last year for her b-day and probably will go again this year around that time.

Congratulations!

Wouldn't miss Disneyland Resort during the Christmas season.

If all goes as planned November 19 - 23. The decorations and parade should JUST be up and running by then.

I'm book Dec 3-7, but also Nov 18-22. I still haven't decided which week will be best.

I'm planning a trip from December 29th to January 2nd. Can't wait to experience DL on New Years Eve!! I know I'm probably crazy for wanting to go with those crowds, but I can't think of a better place to ring in 2009!
