We fly to Florida in November , and decided we would take dd's to Universal this time - have weighed up many ticket options. But have just booked on line with Universal direct for 2 day - 2 park tickets approx £59 each for adults, and got the kids tickets free!!! (age 3-9).and as part of the offer you get an extra 2days - to be used consecutively .................. Just thought it might help save a few £'s, it has just saved me £110.00 that I would have paid with tickets direct.com for the kids tickets.

Universal was our favourite park this time round, followed by Islands.

A few years back we got talking to a family(from UK) who were staying on-site & had a length of stay pass,it was their first time & because of their passes were only going to spend their 14 days at Disney! As much as we like WDW,we definately couldn't envisage missing out US,IOA,SW & BG on any of our trips! Ds ,now that he's old/big enough for the coasters loves IOA & BG .DW & myself both love US... Bring back KIng Kong!!

We got a 14 day pass for Disney this year called the Ultimate. It only cost about £10 more than the 7 day pass to Disney so obviously was better value for money. We did the same for Universal/IoA/Sea World with the 14 day Flex Pass, again the price for this was the same for a two day entry to Universal/IoA and an one day entry to Sea World. The 14 day passes do offer extremely good value for money. We ended up just hopping between which ever park we wanted which was great and intend to do the same next year.

We are DVC members and would not consider missing Universal. We probably will give Seaworld a miss next year though.

I miss King Kong too, although I love the mummy I think they should have kept King Kong especially with a new King Kong movie coming out it would have been very popular.

We have bought Annual passes this time as we are going October and March.

The cost 119 dollars, there are a few black out dates but they do not affect us.

Great deal :cool1: but now I don't know what to do :confused3 Do I cancel tickets already brought and pay 10% cancellation price and lose 3 days at parks(which we probably won't use anyway) Will save about $300...Why do I say I want to cancel and is it risky, will I get refund?

Also they are selling the express pass online for $15, but xmas dates are not available. I have emailed them to ask if they will be available nearer the time, but I doubt it

Rain is that Universal AP's? Seems like a bargain,we normally go Sept/Oct so probably wouldn't be affected by the black-out dates.Normally we buy the 5 park flex,I wish they would extend it to 21 days,as it's always a pain waiting to the end of the first week before we can go! We always like to go to US/IOA on our penultimate day-last day is reserved for MK!

Yes it is the Universal one, I thought the price was great not much different than the 2 day. It does tell you on the Universal site the black out days. Christmas and Easter mainly.

We went in the busiest time (July) but got to the parks before opening and never had any problems with lines. We were glad we hadn't bothered with the express plus pass.
