Anyone own a player piano?

DH and I are medium-seriously considering trading in or selling my upright piano (which nobody plays) for a player piano. I visited my uncle last week and he had one that was I thought was great. Does anyone own one? If so, does it get a lot of use? Easy to maintain? Thanks!

My Mom has one, that will someday become mine. It's old,however. I know that the player on it needs attention, but growing up, I don't remember ever having that much trouble with it. They are really cool!
