I have my 20% off coupon ready to use on it but I'm still debating using it on the rivo. Is the espresso any good? I wanted a Starbucks machine but I hate the taste of the milk pods and that's why I'm looking at the Rivo (I can use fresh milk).

This will be my Christmas present so I have to make sure this is what I want. LOL

Just so you are aware you can only buy the vue cups through kuerig. Retailers carrier them but there are no deals on them:(. When the patent ran out on the K cups they found a way to re patent a different version so you cannot get cups say from dunkin donuts and such. It is only Kuerig brand coffees, teas and hot chocolate. It just limits what you can buy. Also you will pay more for the vue cups than the k cups:(

This wouldn't be my first choice in an espresso machine.

It is plastic
Keurigs are notorious for not lasting
You have little control over the flavor of the espresso (you are not in control of tamping, grinding, or size of portafilter.
VUE pods are very expensive

If you really want a pod machine, I would look at Nespresso.

If you go to CoffeeGeek.com you will find all sorts of espresso machine reviews.

I bought the rivo last month through kohls with 30% off and free shipping. I like it. The rivo does not use vue pods-it uses rivo pods. The rivo pods are available through kohls, keurig and bed bath and beyond. I order through BBB- 20% off and free shipping. My kids even like the machine for steaming/frothing milk for hot chocolate. Watch the videos on coffee geek.
