Anyone ordered from gardengrocer.com?

We are from Canada, will be staying at POFQ in March. Planning to use gardengrocer.com's delivery service, and would like comments from people who have used their service before.

Issue 1). I don't like them to leave my order to the Bell Boy, since some of my items may required to keep refrigrated. However, I guess I am unable to know my Room number before my arrival?

Issue 2). Of course we will spend most of our time in theme parks. Trying to shorten the "wait time" for the delivery. Can we specify delivery time, say before 10am, or after 7pm?

We used gardencrocer in December and loved them. I did specify and date and times in which to bring the food. The POP said they would put it in a refrigerator. The only thing was that we needed our groceries sooner than expected. We had a baby wipe emergency. Gardengrocer came to our resort room with our groceries, not even 30 minutes after I spoke with them. Its not their normal service policy, but I guess they have great empathy when you tell them that your little one has no more wipes and an upset stomach.

Hi!! We used them two weeks ago. They were fine! We had to have them delivered to bell services. They put the cold items in an insulated grocer bag (garden grocer) and bell services had them in a refridgerator. everything was great! I would use them again, and not worry about bell services, I think that they do this often and its not a big deal to them. That is the impression I got from the people at Wilderness Lodge anyhow. I called beforehand just to be sure it would be ok, and they said as long as its not a large order, they could hold it, which they did, no problem!

When we used them a month ago, they delivered before we got there (we didn't have any cold stuff). I just called down to Bell Services & had them bring our stuff up.

We used netgrocer, it was excellant everything was in our room when we arrived, I do not recommend getting items that need to be refridgerated, unless you know you will be there to recieve them,

Thanks tomker. I will check out netgrocer too. However, how would they know your room number before your arrival?

I will be staying at POFQ, but my flight arrrives airport at 10pm - I doubted if I can be in my room before 11:30pm. I am trying to buy some infant food and necessity for my child, such that we can use it by the next morning.
