Anyone order the QVC tsv yesterday?

I caught the item by chance, it was a lovely tanzanite pendant about 3.25 carats total gem weight. Looked nice though. Did anyone order it?

My DH has been encouraging me for a few weeks to look for a nice piece of jewellery for my upcoming birthday. I was in two minds about buying it but to be honest there are not many affordable decent tanzanite pendants about at the moment. The deeper the colour the higher the price rises.

I had been looking at morganite and kunzite on ebay, gems tv and the jewellery channel. Not very keen on any of them and the settings didn't do much to grab my interest either.I really wanted to find something special so I gave up by Monday but as we were getting ready to go to bed DH said to me QVC's TSV tomorrow is tanzanite. I was too tired to stay up and went to bed.
Tuesday morning I was trying to find DS's favourite channel when I saw it £145 and a good carat weight with a nice design. So after checking other sites I rang DH who said I should pick what ever I wanted. So 1 hour later I ordered it online, it was despatched today so now I'm waiting for it to arrive. Just hope it's as good as it looked on the website so fingers crossed.

It's beautiful but it's going back one of the central stones fell out so I had to ring them so I can return it and get a refund Thank goodness it didn't happen on an outing somewhere Oh well still another week to find something else.

I'm still waiting for the prepaid return envelope to get here hopefully it should arrive before the weekend
I can find nothing at the moment which I like the look of as much as I did with this pendant. I'll have to wait for the refund to come back to my account before I can get anything else so who knows what will turn up by then.
I don't know how some people order all sorts and then send more than half of their orders back I'd worry too much about the bank balance

I'm off to buy a new iron later mine blew out all my electric yesterday luckily we had everything earthed it was just a case of jiggling the switch on the main circuit board. Thank goodness we had the old fuse box thing replaced 2 years ago
We have enough problems with the electric at the moment every time we have rain our power goes off we never really know how long it will stay on maximum we've had power is about a week between outages. We've rang the NEDL who refuse to take a really good look at the problem they just send one engineer to replace a fuse in an underground connection about 10 yards away. It never gets passed up to the tier who investigate a fault. This has been going on for 6 months and quite frankly enough is enough. It's not just us it affects either so we are encouraging others to ring up and complain each time it happens. The really weird thing is we live at the top of a hill you'd think gravity would would drain any excess water away. I think the cable is damaged and may be throwing arcs of power elsewhere. The cable is probably under the school field or in the nearby park but the claim to have no knowledge of where to look There's a sub-generator between the two places so the cables for it must go to and come from somewhere
Sorry had to get that off my chest didn't mean to rant but it's been a trying time.

The prepaid sticker turned up yesterday so I repackaged the pendant and filled in the paperwork and sealed the envelope back up, took it to my local Post Office (yes at the moment we still have one) and sent it back special delivery. So by 1 p.m. today they will have the thing back again. Hope the refund is done quickly. Then I can try to find something else for my 40th birthday treat.

My new iron is working fine thank goodness so I'll be catching up today with the housework It was £23 in Morrisons it's a Tefal but I'll be happy if it lasts a year, the old one was a Phillips and we'd had it 5 years which was pretty good.
