Anyone order from Disney Direct lately?

Has anyone placed an order lately with Disney Direct? Perhaps a costume? They are offering free shipping, but I am wondering how their standard shipping time is. One costume I wouldn't need until late October, but the other one I would need in about a week and a half if I want to ship it to the Boardwalk with our other costumes. I'm guessing standard may take longer than that?

Our Disney Direct shipments seem to be taking about 4-5 days lately--and we live about 30 miles from the Distribution Center. They have been a bit inconsistant too--got one in 3 days, and another took just over a week--but that was the longest.

Thanks everyone, I decided to take my chances on the standard shipping. I figure worse comes to worse, I can just pack the costume in the suitcase if it comes after I ship my box.

I can't believe I got DH to agree to be Captain Jack Sparrow for MNSSHP!!!!!
