Anyone order from DIS shop?

I'm giving a benefit of a doubt but starting to get worried about an order I placed over a month ago for a lanyard. I've sent e-mails without response and I called the number and couldn't understand what they said, I told them I had placed an order, they said "with who?" and then transferred me to a voice mail that sounded totally unlike a business. If anyone knows who else I could take this to I'd appreciate it, any other contacts besides the e-mail at the DIS shop or the number. Thanks!!
