Anyone order from "As seen on TV"?

Hi
Has anyone ever ordered from this company? It is the only one carrying an item my kids want for Christmas.

The only problem is I want to guarantee it will be here for Christmas but I can't get a hold of anyone at this company.

Anyone have any prior experience with them?

I haven't, but I think of it this way: I can think of only two reasons why "only one" retailer would be carrying a product. (1) The product is totally innovative, and they just invented it, and they know they can sell as many as they can make by cutting out the middleman and selling direct to the public, or (2) The product has serious problems or limitations that preclude reputable retailers from agreeing to sell the product. I think you might also be well-advised to ask about the specific product, getting feedback from folks who actually have already purchased it and used it, to see if the product, itself, is really worth buying for your children -- to help determine better whether they'll be happy with it once they have it or disappointed.
