Anyone on the wonder 13th till 16th october

Hi everyone,

I haven't been on this site for a while had to wait to get my new internet provider. I was wondering if there is anyone on this board who will be cruising with us. We are a married couple from the netherlands with a 10 year then 11 year old daughter. We love disney. This will be our first disney cruise we have cruised before with The Holland America Line. Hope there is somebody here who I can talk to and maybe meet on the Wonder in october.

My family will also be cruising on the Wonder Oct. 13 - 16th!! We live in Alabama & will be driving down to Port Canaveral. My husband & I have been married 15 years. We have a 14 year old son & a 10 year old daughter. We are suprising them with the trip. They have a long weekend off from school & we are just going to let them think that we are staying at home the whole time. We are HUGE disney fans & try to make it to DIsney World at least every other year. I am so glad to find some one on this board that will be sailing with us!! My husband & I have cruised several times, but my kids have only cruised once with Carnival on their oldest & smallest ship. This will be heaven for them. The only down side is that we have an inside cabin, but as long it's Disney....who cares!!

Hi,

I think I saw a post from you on the cruise critic message board have send a reply. I love it that you are on the same cruise as us. We are huge disneyfans too. My daughter has been to Disneyworld a couple of times and because we live in Europe we have been a lot to Disneyland Paris. We had taken our daughter there for the first time just after her first birthday so you understand that she is a huge fan. We have a outside cabin catogory 9, at first I booked an inside cabin catogory 11 but we thought it was worth the money to change it to an outside cabin. Maybe you get an upgrade I hear they do that sometimes and you never know maybe you get an outside too hope so for you. My daughter has vacation from school. We leave a couple of days earlier then the vacation starts but thats no problem in The Netherlands. I have been searching for people going on our cruise but it seems we will be the only one on board hihihi.
We have been cruising several times with the Holland America Line but for our daughter it's the first time after the cruise we will be staying in Orlando for another week and will have a vow renewal in Orlando this is not possible in the Netherlands so it is very special for us. We will be celebrating our 12 year wedding anniversary when we are on the cruise. I will also be on the October 13, 2005 Wonder cruise. There will be a total of nine going from my family, from age 4 to 57. It will be my parents, sisters and their families and my husband and myself. We have been to WDW several times but this is our first Disney cruise. We have been planning since last year and are very excited. We are going to spend 6 nights at the Caribbean Beach Resort before the cruise. It's good to hear from others on the same cruise.

It is very good to hear from people who be on the wonder when we are there. We never been on a disney cruise before too. We have cruised but never with our 11 year old daughter. 10 weeks till the cruise can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello ABGDisney!!

I am SO glad to hear that some more Alabamaians are going on this cruise!! My family is also from Alabama (North Shelby County area). This is our first Disney cruise. My kids (DS 14, & DD 10) cruised on the Carnival Holiday ship out of Mobile last spring break & LOVED it. It was a very old & small ship. They are going to freak out when they see the Wonder. My husband & I cruise every other year with his company, but usually with Princess or Royal Carribean. I am a HUGE Disney fan, so this will be pure heaven for me. I hope we get to meet up while we are on board.

We'll be there too

This is the first time we have cruised on any ship. I am so excited that it will be Disney (even though it is for only 3 days). It will be my DH, DD7, DS5 and myself.

I am getting excited as this will be following what is also our first trip to WDW! We will have so many firsts!

Has anyone made their online reservations yet?

I am wondering what to do about Palo's. I really want to try it but I don't want to risk missing one of the other restaurants.
