:goodvibesThis is a bit crazy I know, but at this moment have a friend in line at the entrance to IofA to see the WoHP this morning. She is an offiste guest and has been in line since 8 am FL time. She says they are among the first in line. I know that the on-site guests have entered already. I was on line yesterday reading and gathering information for our trip in June, but didn't really write anything down, just was lurking and reading. I read somewhere that you need to get a time stamp return ticket for the a HP area and that you have to get that ticket somewhere else other than the HP area. So my question is what is the procedure and how should my friend go about her entry once she gets in the park. Anyone who can help it would be greatly appreciated!! I will text her with any information/suggestions anyone may have. Thanks to anyone on line who can help!!

From what I've read, they have only needed to do the time stamped return when it is VERY busy. It could be that crowds are down a bit and it's not necessary. They're very good about making it clear.

her best bet is to go now, as even with a time stamp to return, it is super crowded. We came back at 5 PM with a time stamp and it was bumper to bumper people. Also, the time stamp only lets you in the area, you still have to wait in line for everything, so IMHO, she should go straight there and spend a few hours.

Thanks ldo and LUVIOA I very much appreciate your help and quick responses. :thumbsup2 I texted my friend your replies. Haven't heard back from her yet as I am sure it is a bit crazy there at the moment. We are going in June, but plan to stay on property I am sure it will be crazy during the summer months, but will use these boards to help me plan. Thanks again, it was very nice of you to chime in !! :)

Wednesday (1/5), you could walk in after 5-ish. It opened for everyone sometime before that, but I don't know when. We just happened to go back around that time. It was quite crowded and the line for FJ was 2 hours. (Later it was down to 75 min)

Thursday (1/6), we were able to walk in at around 3:00. (Again, it opened some time before that, I don't know when exactly.) The area was considerably less crowded than it was the day before. The posted wait for FJ was 40 min, but I think our wait was more like 30 min.

I went on 1/4. In the morning I was able to walk right in but it got crowded very quickly. The line for FJ was all the way back to Hogwarts Express :scared1: We left the area @ 10:30am. We went to US to do a few rides and came back around 1:30pm. At that time you couldn't go in , you needed a stand by ticket and it was 1 1/2 hr wait!!!!! You had to go into the Jurassic Park area to get the stand by ticket. We just left , which was a good thing because I already dropped major bucks that morning and probably would have bought more so I saved $$$ by going back to Wilderness Lodge. :lmao:
