I was on the DL site last night to just see if any new park hour days have shown up on the calendar, and there were 2 weeks for October showing. The calendar is a little glitchy (shows date then next time it goes back to August..) so it may just be they are working on the calendar and something is showing that shouldn't... welcome to Disney websites:)
BUT if it is accurate, it looks like they may be changing Sunday Magic Morning hours to DCA instead of DL, giving DCA Sun, Mon, Wed, Fri and DL Tue, Thu, Sat

Going to be interesting to see :)

Yeppers... I had done a search for "park hours" and didn't see that thread. I just found it a minute ago and have been reading... Thanks! :thumbsup2

Still sounds like no real answer about what is going on... hopefully in a a few days it will clear up

Do you find the park w/o MM or EE hours to be noticeably less crowded on the "off" days? Mulling some touring plans for mid-nov and strategizing which days would work best :)

Honestly, DL strategy is very different than WDW. IMO the MM / EE hours have some impact, but not enough to make it an issue for several reasons
1) Only Disney hotel guests can use it each day it's available, and there are only 3 hotels that can use it. PH ticket holders get only limited opportunities to use the extra hour... so not alot of people when you think about it

2) The only time available is early morning for one hour. It always seemed at WDW, it was the 3hr late nights that made the parks crazy. The early morning parks didn't seem to be as bad

3) At DL it is so easy to go early to DL, then walk out the front gate, walk 100 yards and walk right into DCA. Unlike at WDW, if you pick a park to go early you are not locked into that park all day. This ability helps greatly to balance out the DL parks, especially now that DCA is becoming equally popular and is good alternative to a packed DL :)

Just my opinion...
