Anyone notice this in last month's Runner's World?

I'm just getting around to finishing the October Runner's World, and saw a blurb about the Race for the Taste 10K this Sunday. The question "Why run it?" is answered by "to beat the crowds to the Magic Kingdom". But, in looking at the description, it looks like it starts at Wide World of Sports, goes through the Studios, and finishes in Epcot, never getting anywhere near the MK.

I don't know why, but that struck me as funny - whoever wrote the article must not understand that the MK is different from the other parks.

Having said all that, I sure do wish I was running it this weekend!

Yeah, I noticed that too. Now, if it said to beat the crowd to the beer/food line at Epcot that would be more like it. DH and I were just there on Sat. - wow it was crowded for October!

I think they were just being funny in the fact that you could run the race and be on the monorail to MK before park opens! No time for showering, though! lol
