Thankfully, I'm not!

I really don't enjoy cooking, and I'm not very good at it. One of my Thanksgiving blessings is that my cousin hosts us at her house every year. All we have to do is show up!

So, anyone else not cooking a thing? And do you miss not having any leftovers?

I'm not cooking, but I will be eating plenty!!! :teeth:

Oh, Bet. This is the first Thanksgiving we won't have Travis with us :( I'm not cooking. We are going out and taking my mother and brother along.

I won't miss the leftovers because I leave at 7:30 am Saturday for WDW :teeth:

Not me. We'll be at in law's house, and they picked food from various grocers. Much better so all of us have more time to talk, rather than cooking.

I'm not cooking. I am going to a friends house and they won't let me bring anything....hmm...guess they have heard about my cooking and are playing it safe :p

No cooking for this lady either - either on Thur or Fri - and no leftovers since I am leaving Sat morning before dawn

I'm not cooking this year, or I'm not cooking anything to take.
I've almost always had it at my house and this year I'm not. I was told to bring me and my girls and that's it.

I do cook, and no one has complained yet, I think I'm going to miss it a little. I'll miss it a lot if I don't like what they serve. LOL

Ummmm.. I "killed" my stove this morning so I think it's safe to say - "No - I won't be cooking........................"

;) ;) ;) ;) ;)
I hate to buck the trend (most males don't cook), but I am making homemade wheat rolls and will stuff the turkey and roast it. DW makes the pies, all the sides.

:jester:

We'll be in Manhattan at the parade. I think we're going to end up at Boston Market for dinner afterwards.... ;)

<font face="Comic Sans MS"><font color=navy>No cooking for me, either. The rascals will be spending Thanksgiving with their dad, and I've been invited by their dad's sister to have Thanksgiving with her and her family at her cousin's house (not the ex, he isn't invited). My ex SIL has the two most adorable boys, and I'm looking forward to spending time with them all.... oh, and enjoying the turkey & fixings. :) Since I'm not cooking, I'm planning on taking some flowers in a pot (maybe a Christmas cactus?) for the hostess.

I don't like cooking either Bet, and if we were having Thanksgiving this yr, which we aren't, just not up to it since Mom died last month, and we always spent it with her. Chuck does most of the cooking around here, but neither of us are in the mood and my kids will be with their dad anyway.

I didn't think I was, until My Mom called last night. I get to bring my sweet potato soufflé. Woo hoo.....:D

ME! I've cooked the last three years and my cousin invited, so we're going there and I was ready to take a year off! All I have to do it show up with my mash potato casserole in hand!

I'm cooking two dishes for our dinner at work on Wednesday night.

Other than that...NO!!!;)
