Anyone near Wayne, NJ, MISSING BULLDOG PUPPY

Reposting from an email from bulldog rescue:

A 3 month old English Bulldog got loose Sunday night ( 7/4/10) in the area of Ratzer Road & Hamburg Turnpike in Wayne. It entered the woods behind CVS. We have been out looking for him all night and have not spotted him. His name is Rudy but does not respond to it. He should have on a green collar. He is not chipped and not neutered. The owner's name is Tammy and her phone numbers are: 973-595-6096(home) and 201-323-6724 (cell). Rudy will NOT do well in this heat, and he has no means of surviving on his own--he's just a baby. We need to find him asap! He went missing at 9:30PM, and the last sighting was at 9:40PM

I heard about this last night via a town-wide email. Poor puppy - it's so hot, I hope he's just hunkered down somewhere waiting for someone to find him.

I know right where that is as it's very close to where I lived and worked before I got married. I hope they find him soon. He's been missing 3 days already then in this oppressive heat. Hoping for a good update.

The heat is so dangerous to bulldogs...and then there are wild animals too. UGH.
