Anyone making REAS spa/Palo reservations this week?

The person at the number I have to make these reservations is out of the office until next week. Has anyone else had luck making REAS reservations at the spa and Palo this week? I don't want to wait. (need an impatient smilie here).

I talked to Debbie yesterday (Monday) I think she is in the office until Thursday (out Friday and next week).

We are sailing on the 4/24 Wonder. I made my initial Palo ressies with Debbie about 60 days before sailing date- My TA told me DCL would call me directly about 7 - 10 days before the sail date but I didn't want to wait that long so I called Debbie around the 60 day mark.

My husband & I are taking our first Disney Cruise (7-day Eastern) on April 30. We are very interested in booking Palo as well as the spa, but I didn't think you could do that prior to boarding the ship.

Are there other options? I appreciate all the help we can get!!

What I found out today is that everyone will be able to book their spa and Palo beginning in May, making my $369 for REAS worthless 'cause I only booked to save time once on board. DH and I don't even want to do the couple massage. Now, I can't get out of it. I'm annoyed because first, my travel told me this wasn't happening any time soon, then gave me the wrong number to call. Now, when I finally do call (after paying off the balance), I'm told that REAS ressie can't be made now and I'll have to wait to make them when the rest of the world does. Oh well.

Oh no! That is too bad...hopefully it will still work out for you. I guess I'll wait until I get on board to make my ressie's and hope for the best. We are taking a bus from MCO to the ship that Saturday. Any tips to getting on board early? My parents (who are also going) have previously cruised on Disney so I think they have access to a special line.

Yep, I called her back this afternoon and she said the "soft launch" will happen in May and to keep checking the Disney Cruise site for more details. No REAS Palo/Spa reservations will be made now for cruises after that soft launch.

Who told you that starting in May we can book Spas and Palo in advance??
Wow if that is true that will sure blow the REAS out of the water, plus will fill the spots up quickly. They're going to have to include a penalty though if you don't use them or they'll have everyone making the ressies, and then just not bothering to use them.
