Anyone made final payment online @ Disney.com

I always made payments (e.g. Disney Cruise) online since I like to keep a printed copy of receipt. Now, maybe I'm wrong - I just made my MYW package final payment at disney.go.com but the system acts weird - after submitting the payment, it did not redirect me to the payment confirmation page - instead it takes me to the Itineraires page.

The Reservation details page shows the current balance is .00USD, not 0.00 USD - is that normal?

Purchase Date: November 1, 2007
Total Price: 3998.23 USD
Less Payment(s) November 1, 2007: (200.00) USD
Less Payment(s) January 3, 2008: (3798.23) USD
Balance Due by January 18, 2008: .00 USD
 
Yes, the same situation happened to me when I paid my final payment online. I was not redirected to a confirmation page. I checked my account by logging on later that day and was shown the same .00USD as the amount due. I have gotten my final package since I made my payment including my confirmation and luggage tags, so all is well. I think this may be normal when paying online.

It was a little scary when I did not get a confirmation page, and the system looks screwed :laughing:
 

I got the same thing. It's a little unnerving to make a payment that large and get NOTHING! I have been less than pleased with the Disney sites. They are geared toward flashy graphics and not functionality. I work for a software "dot com", so maybe my opinion is a bit biased, but I have had functionality problems with almost every visit. A payment confirmation page is expected. When I did not get it, I called my credit card company (Disney card of course ;) ) to see if they received the authorization. When they confirmed that they did, I called reservations. They confirmed that they received payment, but it could take up to 24 hours to reflect online. I expressed to her my dismay when I was redirected back to the Itinerary page with no payment confirmation. She said that they would take a look at it.
 
Exactly....DH and I always debate whether we should pay final balance via Web site or Phone. DH said phone is better, but I argue that you also did not get anything :)

Lucky me - I sent an email to Disney yesterday and enquiry if the payment went thru, and today (i.e. 24 hours later) they emailed me a electronic invoice and payment is reflected there.
