Anyone live in Celebration or a nice town nearby?

After my office closed, and my wife getting a job offer in Kissimmee, we're pretty sure we're moving to Florida. We were looking around at apartments in the area, and got a littel scared of the crime reports we've read about MetroWest and other parts of Orlando.
So we started looking at Celebration. We know its a little more expensive to live there (so we'd knock down from a 2 bdr to a 1 bdr, as its just the two of us and our kitty. no kids on the horizon for a few years) but it seems to havea very low crime rate.
We thought we had found a few good places to look at, but after reading reviews of the apartments online, we got scared off.
So what's the real deal on Celebration, or any other nice zip codes around the Kissimmee/WDW area. We'd be okay with driving 20-25 minutes to work.

Do a 'Search' of these threads...you should find lots of info on Celebration. It's talked about quite often here..
