Does anyone know where I can find pin number 31780? It is Mickey shaking a soldiers hand. It is from 2004, and I am looking for the one in his Army Dress Green uniform.

I have almost the complete set for my husband and I want to get this one for him for Christmas... so far I haven't been able to find it anywhere online!
