Anyone know what time is the latest bus going to airport from port?

There is no late checkout. They need to clear the ship ASAP for the authorities and to turn the ship around for the next cruise. You are expected to be off the ship and onto the bus at 9AM.

Not necessarily on the bus by 9am. If you have the late breakfast which can start a little after 8, it can take a while to eat, get off the ship, get your luggage, get through customs, etc. They aren't going to strand anyone who can't do all of that by 9:00am. I always have late breakfast, and after my October Magic cruise, I had to wait at the port for quite a while because I forgot to pick up my picture USB and they got it for me. Waited about 20 minutes for that, and then the customs line was slow. I don't remember the time but I'm sure it was after 9 because I'd had late breakfast which started after 8. And there was still a bus to take me to the airport.

While you won't be able to spend all morning on the ship, you don't need to stress about making the bus, either.

They will work to get you off the ship and to the airport as quickly as possible and won't strand you. For some reason on our cruise the line was moving very slowly. We lined up at 830 am and didn't make it off the ship until 9:15 am, and we ran into folks at the airport who said their bus didn't leave until 10:30 am. Once in the cruise terminal, I think it took less than 15 minutes before we were on a bus and on the way to the airport. But it was a packed New Year's Eve cruise.
MCO, THAT, was a huge nightmare, barely made a 12:35 pm flight despite being at the airport, boarding pass in hand over 2 hours before flight time. Security at MCO is a mess.

TSA Pre-Check probably saves a lot of people money in therapy bills, particularly in regards to flying out of MCO. Families flying with young kids are always the slowest getting through security with their strollers, snacks, often lack of flying experience because it was a once in a lifetime trip to Orlando, etc. It's good to skip as much of that as you can.

LOL. I went through MCO 5 years ago and things were so backed up at the regular security that they were moving non TSA Pre folks over their.

Yes, this. The passengers at MCO are a mess, not TSA, which is about average there.

The last bus will wait for the last passengers to disembark. That said, on an average day by 9am DCL will be strongly encouraging lingering guests to debark. There is nothing open and nothing to do onboard. Everyone is asked to vacate staterooms by 8am.
