Anyone know what there building in MGM by NY Street?

Its that big brown "globe looking" structure made of metal behind a wall. Its pretty large in size and I can't figure out for the life of me what it could possibly be. Anyone know?

I think it's part of the Osborne Christmas Light Display. They start putting those up pretty early.
