We'll be going at the end of September and were curious about the park hours for planning.
Thanks

thanks, very cool site-but they only show hours through June right now..

We go every September after Labor Day.
The Last 3 years the hours were something like this.

MK 9 am-6 pm on mon-thrus
Mk 9 am-8/9pm Fri/Sat/Sun and there is usually a night parade and fireworks on one of these days but not on all three.
MGM 9 am - 7/8 pm Don't remember if Fantasmic was every night.
AK 9 am - 5 pm
Epcot 9 am - 7 pm
Epcot WS 11 am - 9 pm Illuminations every night

It sounds like short hours but the crowds are so low it doesn't matter.
I love going in September, the first two weeks after Labor day. It feels like you have the parks to yourself. In the past three years we never waited longer that 15 minutes for any ride in any park. :cool1:

While the "historic hours" are helpful, be careful! Business took a real dive at WDW after 9/11. It is coming back with a roar. WDW continues to make adjustments in Park hours depending on crowds they anticipate. With 30,000 rooms on-property, WDW has a pretty good idea what "the books" look like & they will make adjustments accordingly. Use the "histories" for guidance, but be sure to pick up a brochure at check-in with Park & event hours!

Last year MK and MGM were open until 9 every night we were there the last week of Sept, 1st week of Oct, except for MNSSHP nights of course, MK closed at 6. AK was 5 pm, and Epcot is almost always 9.

We were there the same time last yr. Just an FYI, Spectro was only on Tues & Sat nights & boy was it crowded on Tues. Other then that the crowds were minimal & we did everything we wanted without FP & hardly any waiting in line! LOVE LOVE LOVE SEPT!!

I just looked at the link that Bob P gave and I'm hoping this is a typo, but I thought it said for sept 2004 that illuminations was only sept 1-3? Please tell me they meant 1-30th! I love illuminations!

It says Sept 1-3, then Sept 6-30 Illuminations 9:00
WDW parks were closed September 4 & 5 due to Hurricane Frances

I thought when I looked on the Intercot site for last year's hours that it also listed Wishes and Fantasmic almost every night. Maybe someone who was there in September last year can clarify whether they really were every night, or just on weekends. I'm trying to plan our trip for the second week of September and want to be sure to catch both of these shows while we are there....
