Anyone Know Tortuga's "Seasons"?

I know it is opened seasonally but was wondering if it was a set schedule - for example: June, July, Aug and then part of Dec and Jan plus some holiday weekends. Or is it more of a last minute decision they make depending on crowds

I don't know the answer to your question, but my family ate there twice the last week of October last year, if that helps. It seemed to be open any time we went past those last 12 days of the month.

Pretty sure they can't look at the crowds that day or even a few days in the future and just open it.

Cheshire Figment has posted that assigning CM's to a position is a 2 week process so someone has to make a decision to open it and put in work requests two weeks before they need them and then CM's get their shifts the next week.

Besides that no one seems to know the schedule.
