can't have access to park time for december yet, does anyone know from the past what time MK i open to first week in december? Also, how can I book for the xmas parade when I don't know what times the parade is? thanks!
Christmas parade at MK only if you go to a MVMCP at MK at this time of Dec.This is a special event and reqiuires a seperate ticket from your park pass to attend.MK as general rule at that time closes early 8:00 I think, unless it is nite of a MVMVP ,then it will close at 6:00.I hope this helps if not repost what other info you might need.
On MVMCP nights (Nov. 27 and 29, Dec. 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 13, 15, 16, 18 and 20), the park will close at 6:00pm for day guests. If you have a MVMCP ticket, you can enter after 4:00, get a wristband, and stay in the park until the official start time for MVMCP, which is 7:00pm. Monday and Wednesday nights (non-MVMCP) stay open until around 8:00 or 9:00, Saturday nights until 11:00 or 12:00.
During MVMCP, the parade is around 8:15 and 10:30 I think. Fireworks at 9:15.

Since you mentioned the first week of December I assume you are asking about the time for the Christmas parade filming, as it has been brought up in other posts. As others said the actual parade will not be presented to day guests the first week of December, it will only be seen during the MVMCP. The filming of the parade that is taking place the first week of December is a 3 day process (4th day is built in for weather or reshoot delays). The filming is not the parade straight through. They will only bring one float out at a time and film it from a bunch of different angles up and down Main Street and then send it on it's way before brining the next float out. The filming can be quite boring as they are just doing shot after shot of the same thing and it takes all day to get a few floats done. The crowd that lines the street for this event is not day guests they are people that have signed up to be there for the long haul. They are not in the park to play, they are there as extras for the filming.
So as posted in order to see the Christmas Parade that time of year you would have to have tickets to the MVMCP. It will not be presented in the park to day guests until after the last Christmas Party (as it is a Christmas party exclusive until then).
