anyone know the entertainment boom rates for HoJo?

My entertainment book says that the HoJo is 50% off the rack rate or 10%off promotional rate (whichever is highest). How do I know what the rack rate is when the websites always list their "best available rate". Anyone know what the current rack rate is?

I usually just use the link from the entertainment website. It always seems to be the 10% off the best available rate. I never seem to see a big discount. You can call in-house reservations and ask if there is a different rate than what you see online.
