They sell them at the parks, they look like Mickey's head and clip on to the stroller. Batteries are included, they are about five inches across. I think they are about $15. We bought a few small fans from Wal Mart, but they didn't clip on, they were more like a necklace. I've been looking for clip on fans that are battery operated, and the only place I've seen them is at WDW.
I found mine at either Staples or Office Depot - a place like that- it's been a few months.
Anyhow - they were like $8 and they were clip on and bendable. I got 2 in anticipation of my upcoming trip in August.
They did come with a warning about 'lead' though, so for anything like that that you get unless it's from a baby supply store - don't let them mouth it.
I agree though - they are hard to find and I had been looking everywhere like Target and babies-r-us to no avail. I went to buy a desk chair, and there they were right next to the register.
I bought this fan last year for our August trip, ship site to store and there is no shipping. It worked very well and only ate 1 extra set of batteries. It holds on tight and can be aimed at a sleeping child. It was 9.67. it is still on the walmart website under stroller fan
Hi I just bought a fan for our trip in April, someone reccommended i buy it off ebay searched for "Fantastic Clip Fan" it arrived last week and we have tested it...works amazinly well, total shipped was under 11.00 and even includes light patterns .
Back in 06 when we went I got a battery operated fan from walmart. It worked great for us. I clipped it on the back of the stroller and just bent it wherever it needed to go. DD loved it. She was able to sleep and keep somewhat cool in the july heatwave.
