Anyone know if the front desk mgr. can pull up your reservation history?

Had a small problem at BWV that got resolved, but took awhile. When I went down to the front desk (after calling 3x), the CM said she couldn't pull up my past reservations history, but the front desk manager could. I finally got to speak to the front desk manager - Maurine - who said she could not access my past reservation history.

So who is right? Just thought it was strange that Maurine would say that. When I call Disney to make my reservations, the CMs that answer can usually pull up my past history.......

And that's weird because they are calling from different call centers around the U.S. I, too, notice that they can bring up my past reservation history. Sometimes they get mixed up and think I'm putting so-and-so on my reservation because they were on it last time.
