anyone know how to post a video??

Ive mastered the whole photo sharing on here but how do you post a video??
Ive been messing for ages and nothing works!!
Anyone have an idiot guide on what to press??

Much the same as posting a photo you need to upload your video to a host site such as photobucket or youtube.
Once you have done that you then post the link on the thread
