Anyone Know Carter Comm Group?

I just realized that I have been billed each month for the past six months by Carter Comm Group Marina Del Rae, CA. The charge is 21.99 per month. I did a Google search and found a company that provides long distance service. I can't imagine why I'd have this charge. I have T-Mobile for my cell, AT&T long distance and Roadrunner for internet access. I called and disputed the charges with my credit card company, but I'm concerned that it could be legitimate and I just don't realize what it is. Anybody have any experience with this company?
