Anyone know anything about Wealthy Affiliates or Google biz kit?

My son is looking into both of these and I'm skeptical to say the least. Anyone know anything or have any experience with either of these?

At least the google biz kit is. I had a family member order the informational package for a buck or two and got a membership fee for over $70 charged to them. Luckily their credit card company reported the charge as "suspicious" and they were able to cancel the card and avoid any more charges. I would avoid ANY web sites like this.

Thanks..keep em coming. My son would love this stuff to be real, but I keep telling him they are all scams. Anyone know any legit online stuff? We had a big thread awhile ago, but it's disappeared.

Wealthy Affiliate is definitely not a scam. I've been a member for a while now, and they have a lot of information on starting a business and making money online.

They offer lots of tutorials as well as a forum where there are lots of people asking and answering questions about different ways to succeed online.

I'm not sure if I can post about other websites, but if your son is looking for free info, there is a website called the Warrior Forum (warriorforum.com) that I visit every once in a while where you can learn a lot, and get your questions answered for free. I've used that to get a lot of great info, and this way he doesn't have to spend a dime.

I can't speak for the other one though, sorry. Hope that helps!

I haven't researched any of them personally, but in my experience if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

Have your son read the following news report, and just be sure he fully understands exactly what he's signing up for if he decides to go with any of them.
