Anyone know anything about the HILTON GARDEN INN?

Hi!

We want to stay off property. We've been looking into the Sheraton, Hyatt, Hilton, etc. But we also found a Hilton Garden Inn in the Unofficial Guide.

We really have had great experiences with Hilton Garden Inns. But we haven't stayed at the one in Anaheim. Anyone have any information on it? Room cleanliness? Decent pool?

It's located in the cluster of hotels that contains Ramada Limited Suites, Dupre, Hampton Inn, etc.

Any information would be appreciated. Oh, and believe me, I WOULD do a search, but don't know why the search feature is turned off on this site.

I have never stayed there, but my Fiance's family always stays there and they love it. Like you, I have stayed at that chain at other locations, and from what I hear, this one is just as good. I don't think you'll be disappointed.

We have stayed at this hotel on our last 2 visits to DL. We enjoy having the fridge and microwave in our room, especially with little ones.

My ONLY complaint about this hotel is the shuttles. It is shared with 2 other hotels and HGI is the last pick up, so on the "busier" times in the morning we had to stand on the bus on the way to the park. The shuttle drop off is also just outside the drop off area that most hotels use, since they use a bus, but it is still pretty close.

The pool and work out room were very nice, and the hotel is very clean.

Wow, I'm reassured now. I couldn't find any substantial threads regarding HGI, so I was getting worried. Maybe people want to keep it a secret!
