anyone know about at par deal

I was watching tv today and it said that you need to book before dec 1/04 to get the at par rate for canadians.
I am so excited I would love to know more if anyone has information on it.

Yes just booked our trip for it. It is using your visa and you have to be a canadian citizen. You kinda get your trip at par.
