Anyone just back from PO-R?When does bus start to MK?

I'll be staying at PO-R starting on Nov.10th. I will have a rental car so will probably drive to AK, Epcot & MGM, but plan on taking the bus to MK. What time do they start running the busses to MK? How crowded is the bus stop, now that there's no EE? I am an early to rise kind of gal so will miss EE, but want to be sure to get to MK with the early crowd. If they let you in a little early, does that mean only Main Street is open until the official 9:00 am opening time?
