anyone join Leisure Advantage or Home

Has anyone ever joined one of these programs? They had offers on coolsavings.com for 2 free movie tickets (can anyone say AMC at Disney's Westside!) and $20 dinner voucher/rebate when you join. There is a 30 day trial membership ($1). If you don't cancel before then they will charge your credit card the annual fee of $79 (I think). You have to submit your credit card number with your application, so I'm a little nervous. Please post any experiences you have had. Thanks.
