Weren't they all mailed out in January I think the bookings had to be done by March. I don't think anyone has received them recently, but there's always a new promotion around the corner...
I got one sent to my address with my uncles name on it. When we were at WDW in Nov/Dec they mixed up our reservations by putting my name with his address and vice versa. I called and tried to use the promo code but they said if it didn't have my name I couldn't use it! It sucks because i'm trying to plan a trip for the fall and it would have worked great for the dates I was looking at!
The last day for booking is March 15th, so you never know, the mail is slow sometimes.

Off site actually ... we stayed on-site at the CSR for part of our trip last October and found our off site hotel room larger than our room at CSR plus we get a rate at half the CAA/AAA rate for the CSR and a free continental breakfast too.
I can only speak for what we received - it was an email from Disney Destinations that was sent in late January with a special code for 40% standard rooms at select Disney Value Resort hotels! I assume the postcards were similar in nature.
I think the only reason I got in their system was because I've ordered planning videos twice in the past. 2000 and 2002 I believe. I haven't actually GONE to WDW since a school trip back in '81 so I'm going to go with ... sign up for the free video As far as junk mail goes, I haven't received much over the years... maybe 3 or 4 pieces.
None here, either. Not sure what you have to do to get a discount. I've ordered the planning dvd/video every year since 1994. Been to Disney World and Disneyland 8 times since then and I've never been offered any type of discount.
