we have one, DH told me last night his side felt like it had a "bump" - I took the pillowtop part, then the foam off to see the air chambers.... they have little black dots on them - black MOLD! The CSR said this (mold) is common in mattresses, except normally you don't take them apart, like you can the SC.
I called Select Comfort, they are sending me new mold-proof air chambers, new foam, and a new mattress pillowtop! All covered by warranty. The only thing that will be original to my bed is the pump and air lines.
