Do you know when the Disney Store in Mic Mac Mall is suppose to re-open. I am going through Disney withdrawl!!!!

It is nice to see I am not the only NS who is crazy for Disney. I see you guys are DVC owners. Hubby isn't ready to fork out the money for that yet and be limited to where we can stay. Maybe someday.

How often do you go "home" and what do you do to not go Disney crazy with withdrawl in between trips?

We aren't from Halifax (from Cape Breton) but our last visit to Halifax was so disappointing because the Disney Store wasn't open!! I hope there is positive news that it will reopen soon. Where would I do my Christmas shopping??

I didn't realize that the Halifax store was one of the ones closed for renos...
Moncton's still open, though...right?

We're DVC too, Eeyoreloverforever ..and between trips, we hang out here!! LOL!

I'm from Halifax ! I heard it was going to be today ! The website also says it is the 16th.

I am at the Poly in 14 days!!

I live in Oakville but was born and raised in Halifax...does that count? My mom lives by MicMac and will be glad to here it opens on the 16th.

Beautiful costumes, some toys, stuffed animals and a few clothes. Not much for adults and there was a small selection of baby clothes.

It is not the same, but still nice.

It will have to do for the inbetween visit fix.

I was at MicMac today and there was a HUGE line up before it opened I didn't go in as it looked too crazy, even when I past buy an hour later. The line up for the cash was to the other end of the store . I noticed they had costumes at 33% off, but other than that, I don't know what else was on sale.

Just got back today as we visit the Old Navy (!!) at MicMac Mall..dropped into the Disney store there...like the entrance way, nothing available for adults, not selling any tickets yet either. It didn't seem as magical as I have experienced before but once you have been to World of Disney it is hard to have the same perspective!!

I understand the Disney Store is not owned/operated by Disney anymore (?) so I don't know if they will have the same stuff as they previously had...we used to buy adult stuff there but none was to be found today...
