anyone here do WW without meetings or online?

I had yogurt and granola for breakfast.
For lunch I like to cheat and have the WW frozen meals. It's quick and easy. So I guess I could use some new ideas too!

I am starting Walk Away the Pounds on Monday! So hopefully that will work out well.

Okay I fell off the wagon and had some pumpkin roll today. :sad2: Oh well movin' on. The weekends are a struggle for me. We shall see what tomorrow brings:idea: .

How are you ladies doing?
 
Morning all! I've started the day off as usual w/my chocolate milk and toast and 1/2 c juice for 6 pts. I seem to be doing ok although last night I used a lot of flex points - I think I only have like 10 left. The weekends are hard for me too! But w/weigh in on Monday maybe that will help. Its a rainy day to boot!

My goals today are to keep to my 24 points and to get on the treadmill for 30 minutes - I pulled a muscle (somehow I have no idea-thats how out of shape I am) earlier in the week and its still sore but maybe walking will help.

Water situation is ok so I'll try to add 1-2 more cups.

Onward and downward ladies!!!

Maybe I should join WW for a week or so to get a jump start and refresh my memory about the point system........
 
Its true for me too w/potato chips. It always calmed my tummy especially when I was pregnant.

Just had lunch - only had a cup of soup. Not that hungry but I figured I should have something. Haven't got on that treadmill yet but still planning on it when DD1 takes her nap!

I did weight watchers online last year and I seem to have forgotten the pts for some items too. I am considering purchasing the material.
 
Okay here of some pics of me taken today. Excuse the mess in the background - DH was in a hurry so I didn't have time to pick up. This was painful but it definitely gives me what I needed to get on the treadmill :rolleyes1. Do you all think we should pick a timeframe to post updated pics? Maybe 3 months or whatever everyone agrees on!

Weekends are really hard.
Last night we went out to eat. I had a hamburger with lettuce and tomato, but I didnt' eat the bun.
Today I had puffed wheat and skim milk for breakfast. I had a WW lemon cake for 1 pt. between DS's basketball game and the game DD cheered for this morning. When I got home it was after 2:00 and I wasn't very hungry anymore so I just had SF jello. We are having company for supper tonight. I'm fixing roast beef with carrots and onions, green beans, salad, rolls, and sherbert for dessert. I haven't even begun to figure up the points for that. I'm sure I'll be using flex points tonight. I'm glad I have most of them left.
I put on a pair of jeans today that was tight last week and they aren't tight anymore. Granted, they aren't loose, but they aren't tight either. I'm looking forward to weigh-in on Monday.

Keep up the good work, ladies!

I finally did it - on the treadmill for 50 minutes. Granted I walked the whole time instead of running half of it but I got on! Thats the important part. :yay:
 
JJ&JSMOM ~ Thanks for posting your pictures. You look pretty good to me already! I think posting updated pictures every three months would be great. I think that's plenty of time to be able to see a difference in a picture. If everyone agrees would April 2nd be good? That's a Monday so it would be 3 full months from when we started. I hope to be pretty close to Onederland by then. Haven't been there in about 8 years so that's exciting to think about! :banana:

I'm feeling a little better tonight, still really tired though. I had a string cheese this morning for 2pts and then this afternoon I had a cheeseburger for 12pts. and some fries for 2pts w/a side of mayo for dipping for 6pts. So I've had a total of 22pts. today. I'm not really hungry right now and since it's so late I'm not sure I'll have anything for dinner. If I do it will just be something small like applesauce or jello or maybe yogurt.

Thank you for the compliment. I have come a long way but I still have a ways to go - I am very out of shape. And I hope to make it to my goal weight by May but we'll see how it goes. I have again used all my points for today plus more flex points. Oh well, at least I met one of my goals for today which was get on the treadmill. "Baby steps" I keep telling myself.

JJandJ's MOM I think you look great! Congrats on already loosing 30 lbs! Way to go!

I will try to get some full length pis in the next day or two. April 2nd for an updated pic sounds great to me!

I am getting a sloow start with this ..but that is better than ignoring the problem...

I will have to do photos too.....but I have never posted a pic so it will be awhile.....
 
Doing fine today. We went out for lunch today so my points are done for the day but I do have some flex points left for a snack tonight if I get hungry. My DH is going away this week on business so it'll be a long week w/the kids - we'll see how the diet goes.

Well gonna try to get on the treadmill a little later. Hope you all are doing ok.
